Lisa Young-Harry is the Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Pension Trust (UK) Limited.
Accountable to the Trustee, she leads the Pension Scheme Executive who are responsible for
managing the Pension Scheme, which comprises £27 billion DB and £3.5 billion DC assets and
which has 200,000 members.

Before joining HSBC in March 2020, Lisa was Head of Group Pensions at Tesco, prior to which she had a similar role at Prudential. Before joining Prudential, she was a consulting actuary for Hymans Robertson. Lisa is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. She graduated from the University of Southampton with 1st class honours in Mathematics with Actuarial Studies and has an MBA from Richmond Business School.
